Victorian Sapphire and Diamond Cluster Ring c.1900
£7,950.00
An elegant late Victorian large sapphire and diamond cluster ring.
This classic design has an oval mixed cut sapphire to the centre within a border of well matched large old cut diamonds.
The gemstones are all claw set in gold and the ring has 'fleur de lys' design shoulders which flow onto a plain gold band. The sapphire is slightly higher than the diamonds and is a rich blue in colour.
The ring is very low set to the hand typical of the era. It is perfect for everyday wear and in fabulous condition making a real impact when on the hand.
It would make a very stylish engagement ring.
