An unusual Victorian diamond and ruby ring.
This lovely ring is set with a central old cut diamond within a cluster of eight small cushion cut rubies, in a gold rubover and claw setting. The ring has a fine split shoulder design onto a plain gold shank it is very low set to the hand typical of the period.
This ring could be worn on an everyday basis but with a degree of caution due to the design.
Era: Victorian, 1839 - 1901
