A beautiful late Victorian ruby and diamond 5 stone ring.
This lovely ring has 5 cushion cut red rubies mounted in a classic 5 stone design in a graduated openwork setting with diamond points between the central stones. The ring has carved shoulders with an intricate scrollwork design and is a wonderful example of this type of ring.
The ring has a slightly tapered plain shank and is low set to the hand. This is a fabulous ring for an engagement ring as this design is perfect for everyday wear.
Era: Victorian, 1839 - 1901
Measurements: Total Ruby weight estimated 2.0 carats, fabulous vibrant red lively stones (certificated as natural unheated rubies)
The head of the ring is 7mm at the widest point.
Ring Size: N 1/2(UK) 7 1/4 (US) 55 (EUR). This ring can be resized by our goldsmith at no extra cost with some restrictions due to the design.
