Victorian Emerald and Diamond Ring c.1890
£2,500.00
An elegant Victorian emerald and diamond 3 stone ring.
The ring has a central old cut diamond with an emerald set to each side.
The gemstones are grain set within a beautifully hand carved mount. The diamond is a warm yellowish colour complemented by the green of the emeralds.
The ring has ornate carved shoulders onto a slightly tapered band typical of this style of design and sits low to the hand making it easy to wear.
The ring could be worn as an engagement ring as long as it isn't receiving 'heavy' wear as emeralds are a softer gemstone.
