An elegant Victorian bloodstone signet ring.
This stylish ring has an oval polished bloodstone to the centre within a gold border. The border has a scalloped design to the edge and a deep carved design to the tapered shoulders.
The ring is made in 18ct gold and is fully hallmarked for 1872.
The ring has tapered shoulders which flow onto a plain wide shank typical of the era. It sits low to the hand making it comfortable to wear.
Era: Victorian 1839 - 1901
Measurements: Head of ring 1.5cm in length, 1.2cm in width, it weighs 6.9 grams
