Georgian Turquoise Pearl & Ruby Ring c.1810

£1,500.00
A beautiful Georgian pearl ring.
The ring set with a small bright ruby to the centre within a turquoise and pearl flower design signifying a "forget-me-not".
The ring has a closed back typical of the Georgian era and is set onto a reeded shank with fancy carved split shoulders. It is in beautiful condition.
This ring, in common with the vast majority of Georgian pieces is a dress ring and will not take 'heavy' wear being over 200 years old. Rings of this age and in this condition are increasingly hard to find.
Era: Georgian, 1714 - 1837
Measurements: The ring measures 9.7mm in width
Ring Size: M1/2 (UK) 6 3/4 (US) 53 (EUR) This ring can be resized by our goldsmith but with limitations due to the design
