An unusual Georgian forget-me-not ring.
This lovely ring has a central stylised heart shaped panel with a carved forget-me-not flower motif. The ring has beautiful carved acanthus leaf design shoulders onto a fabulous reeded shank.
This wonderful ring is open to the reverse and might have originally had a locket compartment to the back. The ring is in perfect condition. The panel is carved turquoise designed to represent a forget-me-not flower.
Georgian pieces of this quality and condition are increasing hard to find.
Era: Georgian, 1714 - 1837
Measurements: The head of the ring is 7.5mm in length
Ring Size: M (UK) 6.5 (US) 53 (EUR) This ring can be resized by our goldsmith but with some limitations due to the design.
Hallmarks: Unmarked - tests as 18ct gold
