A realistically figured Edwardian 3 colour platinum and gold swan brooch.
This beautiful brooch is finely made from textured platinum and red and yellow gold to realistically represent feathers. The head is set with a cabochon ruby eye. The bird is mounted onto a platinum fronted bar and has a handmade safety catch to the reverse.
Swans have long been seen as a symbol of love or fidelity because of their long-lasting monogamous relationships
The swan could easily be converted to a ring or pendant/charm if required.
