An unusual Edwardian opal and diamond ring.

This lovely ring has 3 well matched oval cabochon opals with a slightly larger central stone. The opals have 2 small old cut diamonds set in platinum between them in a gold 'boat' setting.

The ring has an open setting to the reverse. It has tapered shoulders onto a plain slightly graduated shank typical of the era.
