Edwardian Moonstone and Diamond Ring c.1910
RG169
£1,650.00
A beautiful antique moonstone and diamond ring.
The ring is set with an oval cabochon moonstone in a raised platinum rubover setting accented by two single cut diamonds mounted in a platinum tapered section.
The ring has tapered shoulders onto a plain shank and is low set to the finger typical of the era. We would not recommend this ring for heavy everday wear as moonstone is on the softer end of the hardness scale. It would have been originally intended as a 'dress' ring.
The moonstone is a great colour with a strong blue hue.
