An elegant Art Nouveau garnet and pearl cross.
The lovely openwork cross has a central oval garnet decorated with delicate pearl set ivy leaves and a flower in an Art Nouveau style.
The garnet is simply mounted in gold with a fine milgrain edge. There is a gold runner ring to the top.
The cross does not have a chain but we could source one if required.
Era: Edwardian, 1901 - 1920
Measurements: Almandine garnet estimated 1.20 carats,
Cross 4cm / 1.5 inches in length, 2.8cm / 1.1 inches in width,
It weighs 2.6 grams.
