This elegant ring has an old cut diamond in a central platinum rub over setting within a beautiful openwork scrolled head. The diamond is within a milgrain edge and is open to the reverse.
This beautiful handmade ring is perfect for everyday wear being low set to the hand.
It would make a fabulous unique engagement ring.
